Tsum Valley Trek
Tsum valley is one of world’s isolated Himalayan valleys which was a restricted region until recently. Through Tsum Valley trek discover the secret Tibetan Buddhist land lying at the edge of one of the most hidden Himalayan valleys. My participating in this trek you can view the majestic surroundings of the Ganesh Himal, Sringi Himal and Boudha Himal Range.
The region once being the part of Tibet looks completely different from what you will find on other trekking region in Nepal. The people of Tsum Valley belong to Tibetan origin, that’s why they have their own ancient form of dialect, art, culture and religion. Tsum Valley trek will take you around the route of Manaslu Trek.

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu & Transfer to Hotel(1,300m/4,264ft)

Day 03: Kathmandu to Arughat (600m/1,968ft)
- 7/8 hrs drive to Arughat from Kathmandu
- Overnight at Arughat

Day 04: Arughat to Soti Khola (870m/2,296ft)
- 5-6 hrs hikes to Soti Khola
- Overnight at Soti Khola

Day 05: Soti Khola to Maccha Khola (870m/2,952ft)
- 6-7 hrs walks to Machha Khola through the beautiful Sal forests
- Overnight at Machha Khola

Day 06: Machha Khola to Jagat (2,340m/7,676ft)
6-7 hrs hikes to Jagat crossing many suspension bridge
Overnight stay at Jagat

Day 07: Jagat to Chisopani (1,660m/5,445ft)
- 4-5 hrs hikes to Chisopani via Phillim

- 6-7 hrs hikes to Chumling through pine and rhododendron forest

- We will walk only 3 hrs today to Mu Gompa

Day 13: Mu Gompa to Burgi Village (3,245m/10644ft) via Milarepa cave
- Trek to Burgi Village through Chhule and Phurbe
- Climb up to Milarepa cave

Day 14: Burgi village -Chumling (2,386/7,827ft)
- Descend to Chumling trekking along the lower Tsum Valley
- Overnight at Chumling

Day 15: Chumling to Philim (1,570m/5,103ft)
- 6-7 hrs long hike to Philim
- Overnight at Phillim

Day 16: Philim to Khorlabesi (970m/3182ft)
- Descend down to Khorlabesi via Jagat and Tatopani
- Overnight at Khorlabesi

Day 17: Khorlabesi to Soti Khola (700m/2,296ft)
- Trek down to Soti Khola
- Overnight at Soti Khola

Day 18: Soti Khola to Arughat to Kathmandu (1300m/1,968ft)
- 4 hrs walk to Arughat from Soti Khola
- 7-8 hrs drive back to Kathmandu
- Farewell Dinner
- Overnight stay at Kathmandu

Day 19: Departure
- Transfer to airport
- Bid goodbye to Nepal
